Be ready at around 4:00 am, when our pilot collects you and drives you to the launch field. Take your time watching the balloons being prepared, then climb into the basket and let the pilot carry you aloft. Try not to spend the entire flight behind a camera — the feeling matters far more than the photos. You will see the fairy chimneys directly below, the valleys spreading out around you and, as the sun climbs higher, a view that genuinely takes your breath away. The flight lasts about an hour, so savour every minute. Back on the ground, a celebratory glass of champagne rounds off the experience before we return you to your hotel.
